For over two decades, I have helped hundreds of people take their lives to the next level. I have worked one-on-one with artists, business professionals, parents, youth, educators and other individuals, providing them with guidance, knowledge and tools to:

identify and remove barriers to personal growth and expansion
reduce stress and become happier, more confident and stable
recognize and handle destructive elements in their lives
spot and handle unchanging conditions, personal or professional
repair, create, and maintain successful relationships
set and achieve business and career goals.

I have been a Featured Speaker at over 100 Personal Growth and Development Seminars and continue to impart practical knowledge in regularly-held speaking engagements.

This Story Tells It Best

A client and dear friend reminded me recently of our Life Coaching work at the start of my career, over 20 years ago:

A photographer’s assistant, his earnings were low and not only did he not have enough work but he did not make much money when he did work. We addressed his career: weekly, we’d graph his income and figure out the exact steps he needed to take to improve his condition. He was ambitious and diligent and I enjoyed helping him.

His income started to rise. He became one of the most sought-after assistants in town, working for world-class celebrities. Now he expanded into better-paying fields such as video production and editing and excelled at everything he did.

His career took off. Now he no longer needed me. The tools I had given him had empowered him to take his career to the next level and keep it going up! Today he drives a top-of-the-line BMW and continues to earn high income. He became a pilot and has launched an acting career. When one removes the obstacles to utilizing his potential, the sky is the limit!

My Personal Life: I Practice What I Preach

I have been happily married to my husband, Robert, since 1986. We have a happy and fulfilling relationship and are each other’s best friend. Our son, Damian, is drug free and successful in his careers as a real estate investor and a talented (if I may so myself…) photographer. And our eight-year-old Goddaughter, Abby Rose, brings joy to us and to everyone she comes in contact with!

My career has been stable and expanding for over two decades. I apply to it the very tools I teach my clients. My husband is a business man and an entrepreneur, and does well at whatever he sets out to do.

In 1995 Robert and I founded a non-profit organization, Friends of Narconon, Intl., the purpose of which is to educate youth in the truth about drugs. It has been discovered that when having the truth, not scare tactics, not a mere “Just Say No!” or “Do as I tell you,” 80% of youth can be deterred away from drugs. To date, Robert has produced and directed four drug-education films, which have so far reached millions of children in over 7,000 U.S. schools.

One of those films, Xtasy, The Real Story, has won the prestigious Aurora Platinum Best of Show award. Although we now have a film award in the family, our best “award” is to know that we are changing the lives and future of individuals and families we may never meet. And that we are doing something to create drug-free lives.

Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDC)

Unfortunately, our modern society is drug ridden. Illicit as well as “legal” prescription drugs ruin individuals, families and businesses. The effects drugs and alcohol have on our society are disastrous. Countless lives have been ruined, families have been destroyed and in many cases the prescribed remedy has been to ingest more drugs. Something can be done in getting people off drugs and onto leading happy, productive lives and fulfilling careers and relationships.

As a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor, I have vast experience in the field of drug prevention and rehabilitation. Having seen the lives of many regain their spark and meaning only upon becoming drug free, there is no doubt in my mind that being “drug free” is the only way to lead a happy and successful life. Contrary to common belief, addiction is not a disease. Something can be done to help drug users lead happy, productive, drug-free lives and become an asset, not a liability to their loved ones.
